Best experience EVER!! From the moment I was connected to a moving expert (Five stars) to leaving storage for home, I was treated far better than some high end fashion stores (this is in Ooltewah, Tn). My husband was supposed to have called (out of town) and I assumed I would have some issues on size and price. These ladies knew their business, very professional But yet warm and patient with me. Hands down this company makes other companies look unprofessional!

Best customer service I've received in a very long time. Melissa is incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable with the units. She even suggested a smaller unit to save money instead of the larger suggestion corporate had. All in all would recommend.
Three words, “spotless” and “wonderful assistance”!! The space is so clean, well lit, and I am thankful for the big labels and directions on how to do this. As it was my first time, Mark Norwood was super helpful in explaining where my unit was, how to get in, and how to lock it, as well as other basic details. The building is easy to access, there is lots of space in the halls, and carts that they let you use to move things from vehicle to your unit. Will do a final review once the summer is over!!
Amazing experience getting a storage unit here!! After a last-minute change of plans, Suzanne was able to get me a unit within 24 hours and went above and beyond to make sure everything was set for my arrival after driving in from out of state. Highly recommend this storage facility!!
