Had a very pleasant and easy check-in experience with Ivonne. Facilities are extremely clean and new. Plenty of carts available. Pricing is very fair and got the promo of first month free. Can't complain. My previous place was charging double.
Yvonne was amazing, made the process super smooth, the place was super clean and brand new. Also, this is the best price in Miami. Hands down.
It was delightful. Spoke to everyone there over 2 days to make arrangements. Just so nice and helpful. Don’t want to offend anyone with misspelling names but Yvonne and Veranika?? My apologies if wrong, we’re amazing Allen called me back almost immediately. Whole rental was easy and smooth.
Location is brand new! It’s clean, secure and Alan provided top notch customer service! Said he would find out something special we asked for and he followed up the same day and kept us informed throughout the process. Excellent rates as well! 100% recommended!
Not only is this space super clean. The ac actually cools and elevators work but the staff is super friendly. Allan was beyond helpful and the process for getting in was quick. Highly recommend
