We had a great experience with Extra Space Storage at 2727 Knapp St Brooklyn! We currently rent 2 Units there. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access. Staff was super helpful and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable storage option. Big thanks to Carlos, Adelis and Justine!
Recommend checking this place out of your looking for a storage unit. With different options of small units like i needed it was perfect. Checked out 3 different lockers before deciding which 1 would be best for the amount of seasonal storage i need. The young lady that helped me was very knowledgeable, friendly and assisting in making sure my needs were met as well as other guest that came in during my registration process.
One of the best storage facilities I've ever been to. The staff is amazing. Very helpful and pleasant. Justine and Carlos were so helpful and explained every detail. The facility is one if not the cleanest storage place I've experienced. Convenient location and all. The way they treat you is like your family. I met this cheerful young lady named Adelis back in 65th st storage, and she won my heart. You guys need more people like her in your work spaces. I came across her again because I recommended a friend to the same company but a different location. It was so nice to see her and chat with her again. I will be sending anyone that may need a storage unit her way for sure !! 10/10 recommend !!
This is a great place to store everything!! Very clean and the staff is great very friendly and knowledgeable. Carlos, Justine and Adelis were fantastic they showed me the right sized unit for my needs. I can’t stress enough how clean the place is which is why I recommend this storage place. To have people explain and show you exactly what you need is another great plus.
