We had a great experience with Extra Space Storage at 2727 Knapp St Brooklyn! We currently rent 2 Units there. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access. Staff was super helpful and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable storage option. Big thanks to Carlos, Adelis and Justine!
Needed to rent storage and as an older person I wanted a more personal experience than doing it on line. I met with Carlos and Justine and had the absolute best meeting. They were kind, interested, helpful and made me feel "part of their family". Carlos showed me around the various units, assured me of their safety precautions and made the process as easy as I could want. Overall 10/10 from picking the right storage, answering all questions and the amount of patience Carlos gave my mom and I; when it came to settling with a unit. To Justine’s compassion and reassurance when we rushed to move items into our unit before closing. Don’t regret my decision going with this team! Exceptional! 10 out of 10 will recommend!

I really needed storage and just happened upon this life saving place. It met and exceeded all my requirements. Love the reasonable price, cleanliness, and how well organized Justine and Carlos keep it. These two were so helpful and knowledgeable that it made my experience absolutely relaxing and enjoyable.
