Easy to use, convenient location. The new manager and staff who took over a few months ago really care about their customers. Charles went out of his way to come replace a battery and help me when I had trouble early in my rental.
I have used extra space storage for almost 2 years and have had nothing but quality service for questions that needed to be answered. The app is very convenient to use for access or paying the bill. I would definitely recommend to anyone in need of storage needs to contact them. Whether you need small or larger temp controlled space, they will accommodate.

Excellent experience reserving and renting a unit. Charles at the Forest/Perrowville Rd location was extremely helpful. He was professional and answered all my questions. Would definitely go back to this location when I need to rent space again.
