This location was clearly brand new and in excellent condition. The units were clean, it actually felt cold in the hallways and smelled fresh. Denzel was very friendly and very informative. Highly recommend this location after my visit!
The unit was clean, secure, and easy to access. Denzel was incredibly helpful, professional, and always went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered. He made the process stress-free. I recommend seeing him for all of your needs.
Excellent experience with George at the 403 Oakwood Rd Extra Space Storage facility. First time renting storage space and George was very helpful and patient with all my questions. He gave me a tour and helped me choose the best size unit for my needs. George was fully transparent and up front with recommendations and pricing and he helped me setup the mobile app and explained how to use the gate and entrances. All I can say is, we are so lucky to have found this EXTRA SPACE STORAGE FACILITY. It's a stressful process trying to find a facility that's clean, safe, temperature controlled, and easy access to move things in and out. We had a choice to go with a storage place our mover uses, but after walking into this Facility and was given the grand tour of each of the types of units available by Denzel, the Store Manager, we signed up to go with Extra Space Storage and we couldn't be happier with our decision.
