Only my first time having a storage unit, and Theo made my experience so easy and pleasant. From the first initial phone call, to the in office reservation with some added perks and tip to help make the journey smoother. Wasn't happy with the price increases. Since this location was purchased, I had my rent increased twice with no notice. When I rented the unit I was paying less than 100 a month, when I left, It was double! Nothing was different in the year and a half I had that unit. I had it cleared out 2 days prior to when the new cycle was to start. I informed the employee in the building the unit was empty. He removed me from auto pay.
