I’ve used several Storage companies throughout the valley this by far has been the most pleasant experience. Karen the manager is amazing. She help expedite my set up and made the process so easy. She has also contacted me several times with update on my food trailer that im storing there. I would recommend them for any storage needs in the north valley

I won two storage units at this facility Karen was awesome, professional and fast and very respectful. She answered all my questions. And got right to it and helped me no problem. I would highly recommend a unit. They’re good customer service positive energy. She even offered me water because it was hot.

Karran is Awesome I absolutely love her she has stayed in communication with me in regards to my unit if somebody pulls in and gets into it that is not me she contacts me like she is absolutely amazing she keeps a close eye on the property when she's here like she's on those cameras if something is off she's on top of it like I love her one day I had to be in the heat I had to be here at the unit most of the day and she kept coming by every like 30 minutes just to make sure I was still alive and okay and then I had plenty of... read more

Easy to set up a rental space online! The staff were incredibly friendly and kind! I was dying in the heat and they brought me water and checked to make sure I was alright. The unit was clean and the perfect size!

Staff was extremely helpful and nice. The process was very fast, took maybe two minutes. Wonderful after having moved for the past two days. They also give gate entry n exit through the app which is SO easy.
