Jared Patrick went the extra mile in demonstrating great customer service and managerial skills that I am so thankful for.. One day I had a need to discuss a few options with my storage unit. Jared was very cordial and took the time to research a few things and followed up so quickly. Very professional, polite and got the job done! Highly recommend this facility.
I recommend ExtrasSpace storage to anyone who needs a storage. For one the prices are phenomenal. Their staff are so helpful and friendly they go above and beyond. Justin the manager is extremely helpful when I was in my time of need he makes you feel comfortable and helps you out anyway possible I thank him and his staff.
Highly recommend this Extra Space location! The customer service is AMAZING. Justin went above and beyond to help service and access my unit, and has been more than happy to assist with any questions or concerns I have. The property is well maintained, gated with codes to get in AND out, and is still tucked away despite being off of Grand. 5/5 stars! 😊
I rented a 10x20 unit at this Extra Space Storage location. The unit had an older door that let in large amounts of dirt and water, especially at the entrance. I reported this to the office multiple times, but no action was taken for several months. After seven months, I received a 30-day notice of a $100 rate increase.
