It was very easy to select a space and set up my account online. When I got to the site, Olivia was very helpful in getting me set up with the app, showing me how to use the security keypads and showing me the space I had rented (which was clean, dry and free of mold and rodents). I gave 4 stars because I rented a conditioned space, but it was 85 deg on an 87 deg day which I brought to Olivia's attention, and she said she would climb the ladder and check it out.
