I have been a customer at this location (11622 State Road) for almost a year and my experience with customer service at the front office wasn’t the best until today. I came in with some questions and found Esmeralda who treated us amazingly. She is professional, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Kudos to Esmeralda. Thanks so much
The sign up experience was easy. The unit is average overall with the door being some what difficult to open. A lock was provided at the time of initial rental. After about a week with approximately 7 uses, the provided lock failed epically. There were literally small springs and bearings falling out of it. This happened at about 2:30 on a Tuesday. No one was available at the office to address the failed lock issue. I had to leave my unit unsecured and go buy a new lock.
I have two storage units i was there yesterday, putting something and one. The storage unit right next to mind. Plus open about a 1/2 of inch and it sounded like there was an animal in there. So we lifted it up, it is nothing but a trash pit. The bugs were un real i went there today to complain about it. Because I am afraid it will get over into my stuff the unit right next door they already knew about it. They charged my card at 4 am. Who does that? The being Desperate for a payment is obvious. I mean nice people but damn. I get paid around 7 am. God must have known cause i got paid at 3 am……… Update 5/28/25. $80 increase in one month. From $120 to $206. Wow.
** see update below *** I don't know how people can say that there was a smooth transition we didn't know that bayonet was bought out by somebody or closed. I did however find out when some unknown company has sending me emails saying my rent is late, which of course I thought was spam but come to find out that this new company is sending me a late notice. I've been a customer for years and this is absolutely appalling that they can't just give you a notification that we are taking over which I'm sure they knew way ahead of... read more
