Setting up was super easy. The team there is really friendly, super nice and easy to talk to. Sally made the whole process just so lovely. The 40% off for three months deal was a nice surprise and definitely helped. The space was super clean and I always felt like my stuff was safe. It was also really easy to cancel once I found a new place, which I appreciated. Only thing I’d say is they should update their Google Maps pin. If Extra Space Storage gave out Oscars, Sally would already have one — possibly two. She’s that good. Professional? Absolutely. Delightful? 100%. Psychic? Maybe.
