Bait n Add should be this places marketing tag line...you are quoted a price, then when you go check out after spending time filling out the application, they ADD a mandatory insurance charge (which was over 50% of quoted rate) PLUS a mandatory lock purchase PLUS an admin fee for doing nothing. All you did was hack me off Extra Charge...
Ease of renting. Close to home, Staff friendly and helpful and wqilling to look for the best unit for my needs.
Extra space is so easily to access and help with where to go to get to your unit. If needed to move from a certain space to another it is the easiest and smooth transition. After I looked for many spaces, this one had the best rates, customer service and quality for the space.
Extra Space made the whole process of moving out of our house extremely easy and stress free! They answered all my questions thoroughly and respectfully. Anette was so sweet and helpful!
