The overall process was very quick and efficient. I really appreciated the professionalism and level of customer service of the check in clerk( I cant remember her name, sorry !). I can say that was really the decided factor which drove me to choose this facility over competitors.

I found out about Extra Space Storage from Relative and Friend.They were satisfied and how neat, maintained plus it climate controlled.Two ladies are very polite, helpful explain everything.

I needed a storage unit at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon after the movers over packed my vehicle. I was trying to get across the state. They were the closest to my location and I couldn’t be happier with the service and staff. They were able to help me rent a unit over the phone before I got there. The entire process took less than 10 minutes and I was back on the road. Highly recommend. They go the extra mile to make you happy.
