Excellent storage spot. Clean, carefully maintained site with modern, up to date units. Rental process was upfront, without the usual small print. Only drawback was the onetime, start of contract fee of around $25. But they were clear about it and no other hidden costs. Found me the perfect unit and contract process relatively easy, and finished quickly. John and Tyler at the front desk extremely friendly and helpful. Staff at this site one of the main reasons I chose them!

Great experience with our local office. The Assistant Store Manager was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. The location is clean and easy to use. We feel very safe keeping our things there.

I have been renting at this place for nearly a year. The light fixture in front of unit, which was promised to be fixed on day of signing contract, is still not fixed. I am pregnant and can’t access the dark unit. They provided 2 small puck lights, that when turning on can hurt my eyes; they do not provide sufficient light. I tried explaining this to Erica and prove to her that’s it not bright and the unit remains dark; she gave me a bad attitude and yelled at me; refusing to let me show her.
