I called in advance, I asked for unit pricing. The rates were reasonable for my needs. Staff was very helpful they provided help with tape, boxes, shrink wrap. great place and easy online set up i just felt when the lady called me to finish it she should of told me about the promotion they were having on a month free rent i would of wanted that offer but she never told me even know it’s on a banner so now i need to call and see if i can get

This was my first experience ever renting a storage unit and Rikki was incredibly helpful answering all my questions in an authentic and professional manner. The idea of storing my property has always been a bit concerning because of theft, damage etc however Rikki put all my worries and doubts to the side and reassured me of all the security measures they take at this location. Very clean and warm temperature. The people were very pleasant. And the price was right. The storage unit was very easy to get in to.
