A clean, well maintained, climate controlled facility.
The office was closing at 5:30 PM, And I called in at 5:28 PM. Still, I was helped and accommodated. I appreciated all the help and guidance given to me. Thanks again, indeed.
We began utilizing ExtraSpace off of Edsall Rd about 3 months after it had opened. The facility was (and continues to be) well-maintained, clean and very accessible. Amenities include extra carts for moving items, more than one elevator / entrance and a good variety of storage units, to serve a wide-range of storage needs. Friendly and accommodating staff helped us eventually downsize without hassle.
Great employees and easy to access unit!
I got a great promotional rate, a good location, and a super clean unit. The staff are always helpful and courteous. I enjoy the customer service so much that I rented a second unit there at regular price rather than moving to a larger unit at a rival storage company for a lower price. Extra Space Storage has earned my business and I’m happy to refer others to them because they’re consistently going above and beyond.
Extra Space Storage has outstanding customer service who looks out for your best interest. The process was so quick and easy to rent a unit. The place is new, clean, and safe and I am so happy I chose Extra Space Storage. I highly recommend them to anyone needing any size of storage space!
