A clean, well maintained, climate controlled facility.
The office was closing at 5:30 PM, And I called in at 5:28 PM. Still, I was helped and accommodated. I appreciated all the help and guidance given to me. Thanks again, indeed.

We began utilizing ExtraSpace off of Edsall Rd about 3 months after it had opened. The facility was (and continues to be) well-maintained, clean and very accessible. Amenities include extra carts for moving items, more than one elevator / entrance and a good variety of storage units, to serve a wide-range of storage needs. Friendly and accommodating staff helped us eventually downsize without hassle.

I got a great promotional rate, a good location, and a super clean unit. The staff are always helpful and courteous. I enjoy the customer service so much that I rented a second unit there at regular price rather than moving to a larger unit at a rival storage company for a lower price. Extra Space Storage has earned my business and I’m happy to refer others to them because they’re consistently going above and beyond.
