The store manager was extremely friendly and helpful. The only reason I'm not giving this facility 5 stars, is one of the large garage doors was broken (due to someone running into it) and the elevator was out of order. (Again this could have been someone not following the rules and held the doors open, which the posted sign clearly said not to do). I was inconvenienced by this, but would highly recommend this facility otherwise.
