Sara is A-MA-ZING! She worked with me to a level beyond by expectations. The movers convinced me to use their storage. So I cancelled the Extra Space Storage and when I got to their storage location it was absolutely abysmal. I called Sara back and she reinstated my contract. When I thought I was going to need an extra storage locker, she immediately took care of that.
