RecommendedI had a wonderful experience. The storage unit was clean, roomy and reasonably priced. To make it even better, DeShanna Washington was awesome. She was always smiling and willing to help. I’m not very familiar with the area and she helped me find a local truck rental to move the items stored there. She always spoke and had a smile for me each time I saw her. She was really a pleasure and I looked forward to seeing her.

RecommendedThe store manager, Dee, is an exceptionally gifted communicator. I have maintained 4 extra space storage units in 3 states for over a decade and I have never met a manager as accommodating and as knowledge as Dee. Every time I visit the unit in Williamsburg. she is always out and about checking on units and conversing with clients. She has been wonderful with my entire family, especially my children.
