I would have given this place a 5 star review until my experience with them this past week as I was moving in. I moved my belongings in on Sunday 12/18 and my unit is on the 3rd floor (in the brand new section that opened just about a month ago). I was using the elevator as anyone moving into the 3rd floor would and it suddenly stopped working, while my items were inside. There are no after hours emergency numbers posted anywhere, I called the 800 number multiple times to get told to call 911, I finally got in touch with a w... read more
