I would have given this place a 5 star review until my experience with them this past week as I was moving in. I moved my belongings in on Sunday 12/18 and my unit is on the 3rd floor (in the brand new section that opened just about a month ago). I was using the elevator as anyone moving into the 3rd floor would and it suddenly stopped working, while my items were inside.
