By far the best customer service experience I’ve ever received from a storage facility. We rent a lot due to businesses. Not only was Jennifer accommodating, nice and considerate the district manager was as well Ms. V. I wound up renting two units. The entire property was clean down to the bathroom. I would Differently be recommending them to friends and family. Exceptional service thanks.

I originally booked a unit online but I didn't want to wait for someone to call me becausethe umit specificwas first- come-first served, so I contacted them. Jennifer was away from the office when I called, but she took my call and rushed back into the office to get my rental taken care of. She was fantastic! She was professional, understanding of my questions, knowledgeable, and patient. Thank you for a great experience!
