Debra was amazing & very knowlegable.. I was hesitant on where to store my items..but Debra on 9 mile location Bob's Storage answered all my questions and made it easy..gave me the free truck rental & it went really well..Thanks to Debra!!
perhaps it is just my opinion, or maybe it is just the storage business, but to me the price is a little high. All other aspects are satisfactory
Manager was very helpful. I was renting from out of state and she did everything she could to accommodate me. It would have been easier if we had been able to use the internet instead of faxing.
