Great customer service! Worked with Nick l, who was super friendly abd not a pushy sales rep. I also dropped my wife’s vehicle off abd 2 other employees came me a ride back to my work which was not a service they offer, but did just because. Highly recommended!!
I had them install running boards on my brand new truck. After they were installed, I wasn’t initially happy with the height of the step as it was too low. Without hesitation, they contacted the distributor and filed for an exchange. They fit me in to their schedule last minute and worked diligently to give me the best experience. Everyone in the showroom is helpful and knowledgeable and I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends as this is how they earned my business. Great company!
Had them do tint on my pickup. Had a little hiccup with the tint. Without hesitation they were willing to fix it. They worked around my busy schedule and got me in when I called at the last minute. Would recommend them to anyone. Very pleased. Will do future business with them.
UPDATED REVIEW- Since I posted this review the owner Pablo met with me and made a game plan to correct the issues. Between Pablo and Nic I was given options that I wasn't given in the beginning. Once the old vinyl was taken off it was determined that my hood had rock chips in the paint and was at least one of the culprits to why the vinyl was bubbling. Extreme Car Audio/Pablo gave me a couple options and I chose to have the hood corrected and repainted. Pablo offered a great price to get this done. Once the hood was fixed an... read more
These guys have been nothing but great! I have taken my 4 year old car in on two different occasions for help with the remote start. The first time the guys were able to simply get my remote out of valet mode to make it work. The next time I went back with the second remote and no appointment, they spent a solid 45 minutes with my vehicle. In the end, after replacing the battery in the remote and having it still not work, they replaced the antenna and now it works great! They did not charge me for their time or the new ... read more
