The office atmosphere is absolutely wonderful everyone is friendly and helpful. The technicians are great and Dr. Josephson is the bomb, he is kind caring and willing to answer any questions you may have. I have never had a doctor call me after a procedure to check on how I was doing. I will recommend anyone I come in contact with who is considering laser and or cataract surgery to him.
Dr. Josephson is extraordinary in today’s medical world. He has performed two different surgeries on each of my eyes over the past four months. When he states that his “Care Philosophy” is “Compassion” and “Highest Level of Care,” he is not kidding. He was always available to me, providing the attention and comfort I needed, ensuring that my needs were resolved swiftly and with genuine concern for me. He is the best! Have no fear! Hire him!
In my view, based on two eye surgeries (both eyes; cataracts and glaucoma) and several office visits, Dr. Josephson is an outstanding surgeon: thorough, talented, skillful, knowledgable, thoughtful, excellent bedside manner. I could not have asked for a better doctor, tag any level. I am delighted and grateful that Dr. Sammy Ghanam, my ophthalmologist, has recommended him very highly. First class.
