EZ is right! I purchased two of these kits for my reach in closet. What a difference from that wire system that was installed. Doubled my hanging space, have 2 useful shelves. So easy to install! We have some concrete walls and metal studs to deal with. Contacted company, David the owner answered the phone, and gave me information to deal with those two issues. Great product. Even better service I bought two products from this company and one of them was missing a piece. Called for a replacement part and David couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Received that part in less than 24 hours. Mistakes happen to all of us, it's how you handle them that counts. Shelves are now installed and are great! Highly recommend

The tubes are hard to assemble in tube receiver. They are made very good but the tubes are hard to push in to tube receiver.
