Excellent customer service from Company Owner David. I purchased 2 units through Amazon, and one of the boxes arrived with a large hole in it and the bag with all of the installation hardware was missing. As instructed by the literature in the box, I called David, the company owner, and he texted me the specs for the hardware needed, which I purchased at Lowe’s, texted him the receipt, and he Venmo’d me the cost plus $10 extra for my time and trouble. Easy to assemble As described. Sturdy and it looks great.
Amazing customer service I had ordered this bracket because I have a really long walk in closet where the end side wall isn't big enough to mount to, so I needed to have it hanging, and I got a call from customer service asking if I ordered the wrong bracket, because they could see in my order history that I had ordered a different type of shelf. Turns out I had ordered the wrong bracket, and they swapped my order for the correct part with no charge! Saved me a lot of hassle!
