Amazing customer service! I recently purchased this for my bedroom closet. I made the mistake of ordering the shelf without the hanging rod. Even though it was my mistake, when I called EzShelf, the owner, David, called me back within a half hour, and shipped me the additional parts the next day for only the difference in price of the correct shelf. Hall Closet Organization I was actually worried that this shelf would look too much like something meant for the garage even though I was installing it in a hall closet, but it actually looks much better than I expected. It was not easy to install though. My closet is exactly 29 inches and this shelf said it was made for 29-49 inches. I think to easily install it you would need to have a closet that's 30 inches - not 29. Great This shelf is easy to install, like the name implies, and love that it’s extendable.
