Product is very sturdy I used the product for additional storage in a couple of my closets. I didn’t measure one of the closets properly and the rods were too short. I called ez shelf and they immediately sent me replacement poles to exchange for the ones that were too short. I was extremely impressed with the customer service and the product and would highly recommend ezshelf.
glad I purchased this product I am a mother of 3 kids and I have a very busy schedule. When this first arrived I was impressed on the sturdyness of the product, I came in excellent condition and I was able to figure it out without directions. This shelf is easy to install and the end caps are a thick plastic the poles are supported by a center bracket, the togglers that go into the sheet rock are impressive, they were easy to install and very strong. A great solution to replace old closet shelving I watched the installation video and installed the shelf in my 60 inch wide closet in less than an hour. So far it is very sturdy and looks cleaner than some other basic closet systems. The price was reasonable, too.

this is a very useful and sturdy shelf unit I purchased this shelf unit configuration for my laundry room closet and it really did the trick. I installed it myself using a drill, tape measure and level. It is very sturdy and holds up my cleaning supplies really well. I also love that I did not have to give up my hanger rod either!
