Great customer service I had an issue and concern with hanging a lot of weight (heavy coats) on this product (the pic only shows a portion of what I ended up hanging). The owner and inventor called me back personally and resolved my concerns. Impressive.
Great solution for small spaces. The shelves are solid and sturdy. My package was missing parts, but customer service was very helpful with replacements. Yay!
Easy to install! I want to start by saying i am mechanically declined and do not like doing project with tools and putting things together. I found the instructions easy to follow and the on-line videos really helpful. That said i forgot to use a rubber hammer to pound the poles in prior to finalizing. (See 8yr old boy video for when to do this) I called the number provided for support and the owner called me back on a Sunday within 2 hours. Longest one I could find Took a while to assemble but was worth it. My only gripe is that it HAS to be installed from one wall to the other. I was hoping for one that could stand alone without support of 2 other walls.
