Great shelves/rods First off, I did not purchase this product from Amazon. Instead I purchased it as a kit from Lowe's . My Lowe's shopping experience turned out to be my worst online shopping customer experience ever and I had to contact Lowe's customer service 3 times. Each time they did not take responsibility for their errors and refused to offer a fair resolution.Needless to say I will never shop at Lowes again. PERFECTION! This is exactly what I wanted and I'm SO glad I found it! Watching the video made the installation much easier than I thought it would be. Installing the EZ Shelf was so much more convenient than if I had made a trip to my local hardware store and picked out the brackets and then the shelving.
