Solved a problem This kit was easy to install and has held up well. We purchase it to make our walk in closet a "2 tier" set up. If you would like to do that be aware you'll need to order some more end brackets. This kit assumes only one rod/shelf will be used as a lower rod and the rest of the kit will be utilized as a shoe rack. We didn't realize until we started so we had to wait until the next weekend to really finish the job. On the plus side now we have enough "left overs" for a reach in closet. (Its on the list!) Easy installation and great durability. In full disclosure, I am receiving a gift card as compensation for my honest review. With that said, even if I wasn't receiving compensation, I would give this product a five star rating. HELPFUL TIP** We found it much easier to measure and install one of the wall brackets the insert the rod and and then use the leveler to measure out the drill holes for the middle support and the opposite bracket rather than trying to measure out exact same location on the opposite side of the wall with the template. Slight angled attachment is not noticeable.

it was super easy and they look great and hold a lot ... I want to write a review based mostly on my experience with their customer service. I ordered a bunch of shelves and some brackets for my closet, and I got a call on a Sunday -- a Sunday, mind you - - from the company saying the brackets I ordered weren't the right ones. Easy install in one hour. easy install. Just need a power screw driver and in one hour it is up. Comes with all the install hardware. More products should be this easy !
Could be better, not the worst I really like this shelf, and it was easy to install, but unfortunately, if you put a lot of weight on the shelf and you have the extenders at their maximum length, the plastic will give a little. I discovered this when my shelving unit stretched and the bar holding all of my clothing came tumbling down. I recommend reinforcing the shelf if possible, but all in all, not a terrible product.
