The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it is very difficult, even with a rubber mallet or hammer, to get the ends to completely slide in place. Overall, I am happy with this system. It was relatively easy to do, though took much more time to do than the 15 minute videos they post for tutorials. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it is very difficult, even with a rubber mallet or hammer, to get the ends to completely slide in place. There have been a couple times where the ends slid out when one of us slid our clothes along the rod trying to pull out something to wear or put clothing on the rod. Otherwise, they seem to be pretty sturdy.
Purchased 2 of these shelves for a U shaped walk in closet. It was an easy way to increase my storage space. The flexible length was a big plus. Set up was easy and when I did have a question, I called the company and the owner picked up the phone... it was a holiday! Great customer support!
Purchased 3 shelves in total. This Shelf came with 2 end brackets allowing me to fit it between the other two shelves in my U shaped closet. The flexible shelving length is a big plus. No cutting required. The finished product is very sturdy and looks good!
