Good product Good product, but customer service was not great. I spoke to someone who was at an appointment and would call me back, but never got a call. I needed to order an additional part to assemble, but didn’t get to.

The name says it all. When they say EZ they mean it. I was so blown away by the simplicity I was inspired to write this review. Totally worth it for a cheap easy closet shelves.
Lives up to Name! Very well engineered product AND easy to follow illustrations including drill templates. We also callled for an additional part (needed a floating shelf application) on a Sunday and got a response and action that day. Very sturdy and solid even on drywall. Will buy again if needed elsewhere in our home.
