great product had a problem with one of the rods breaking. called the company direct and got instant call back and new rod was sent in 3 days. food product and customer service.

Pay close attention to the directions These shelves are clean and relatively easy to assemble. My challenge is I got the spacing off and had to redrill. A job that shouldn't have taken long, did. Also, the poles that create the shelf don't necessarily stay well seated and spin. But I liked it enough to keep it!
