when I first started looking for a storage unit I was afraid because of the prices, but when I found easy storage not only did I get a good price but they gave me a deal where I get a month free, and they let me use one of their moving trucks for a day for free as well.not only did I get those deals but they also prorated me because I Came more towards the end the month and they didn't charge me full price for the first month of me being there. Best Storage place ever!!! Opened early because I was unorganized, I waited to the last minute to get the unit. Opened before 8 am to help me. Best people ever!! Thank you!!
I needed to find and secure a storage unit quickly - not only did MaryAnn email me back that day and answer each of my calls, but she also stayed after her shift to show me the available unit, in order to accommodate my schedule. I also got a $25 Giant Eagle gift card when I signed my agreement! Really happy with my service thus far.
We are moving to a new house, and used Ez storage. The manager Maryann has been nothing but wonderful. The company has made our move much less stressful!! Def suggest using them.

Kudos to Maryann at EZ Storage in Ross Township! My lock for my storage unit had gotten stuck on a ledge where I couldn't reach it when I lifted the door to enter the unit. I was going to just buy a new lock, but Maryann offered to drive over with a ladder to retrieve my lock. She stayed after her shift was over in order to do this, and I am grateful. Everyone I've dealt with at EZ Storage is friendly and has made my first experience with a storage company a pleasurable one.
Top notch! Clean, secure, friendly and always seem to be available. Will be back if I need storage again!
