Excellent customer service, very gracious interactions, no pressure selling and easy contract process. Karen was especially helpful in talking me through the size of unit we might need and how it all works. She's exceptional - even called me to check everything was OK after we dropped off my daughter's dorm contents.....would definitely recommend EZ Storage to others!

Ariel and Manny are always most helpful. Accommodating, and very patient with all my questions and concerns. They state everything to expect very clearly. Moving your life into temporary storage is intimidating and they do an excellent job of easing those fears and helping you understand how the facility works. My personal experience had been professional. No complaints. Clean well lit facilities knowledgeable staff. I accidentally left 2 items and was called to retrieve them. I couldn’t ask for more from a storage company.
