I felt like i was being harrased for no reason,!! my payments we're never late , but they locked me out of the property. If that wasn't bad enough they asigned the numbers to stick on ur vehicle additional to the number on the space i was leasing...I will never lease again on state road.

Worst storage facility we have ever used. The folks that live there and manage the location are completely ignorant and will rummage through your belongings in the over nights. They can do that, because they live there. Disgusting and ignorant customer service. We took our things elsewhere.
2 different times I was given a higher price in the office than was listed online. Them when you bring the online price up they play stupid and blame it on another office. I had an employee no only give me an attitude like I wasn't a paying customer but he had no name tag and didn't even interduce himself. I will be out of there by the last day of the month
