My 1-1/2 year rental experience with this location had been great! We finally moved our items from there & into our new home in December 2023. I wish they had a facility closer to our new city, because they keep their facilities clean & well lit! And the main office manager who's usually there, was awesome to communicate with.
Stacey is a very kind and compassionate person. She put the needs of her clients above her work. When things are going wrong, she is willing to make sacrifices no matter what the case may be. She is truly a great person.
The staff is very competent and helpful. The facility itself is modern, well designed, easy to use and has state of the art security. There are elevators for access to units off the ground floor. The rental fees are affordable.
Just like the name says, it’s EZ to use the facility. They keep it clean and we love that you don’t have to unload outdoors. The staff is always helpful and friendly!
Stacey was amazing and wonderful. She was up front and honest with me and my wife. We are both visual people and really pointed us in the direction we needed with what size unit we were going to need. The price was amazing. The facility was VERY clean and very well lit.
