Incorrect billing!
The mangement is rude and nasty no professionalism at all when he cute the lock some of my items were stolen.

Deneen, I wanted to address your comments. EZ Storage sets a high standard for itself as well as management staff. It is out of character for the management to be "rude" or "nasty" to customers. This location has never received such an allegation in its history. EZ Storage (The "Lessor" or we) follows the lease agreement sign by the renter (you), which states that the lessor only rents space and has no knowledge of what the renter stores in the unit. Your place is clean. Lucky I had been in the office before to hear the pitch given to another person because two weeks later I only received half the information. I knew the right questions to ask to find out the answers because Craig was not real helpful. Just presented the basics.
