Being so I’m moving back to Detroit, I rented the storage unit while I was home in Waxahachie Texas. I felt so at ease, from googling and finding EZ Storage, to reserving on-line. I spoke with Nicole, who was patient, pleasant and knowledgeable.

I didn't have any issues with this place. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The price was reasonable also.

Impeccable grounds and well kept interior, the only problem with there Woodward location versus others owned by them, which are also impeccable, is a rest room , which is needed, & a cart that accommodates mattresses, the manager Stacey, is over the top great to work with, very knowledgeable, & super great accommodating, very lucky to have her on their team, where extremely talented, super nice employees are hard to come by, Thank You, Alan

Great storage facility. Staff is old school professional which is a great compliment these days. Clean. I did kill a roach that I watch crawl out a unit prompting me to spray around mine. It happens I guess. Wish it was air conditioned on the higher floors (omg) but first floor is like a mall. I recommend them highly.

Was one of the original renters when this location 1st opened. Management was always friendly and helpful. Driveways were always clean from snow, ice and trash. Security is pretty good for entry and felt safe while in facility. Only knock I have is being in sales, there were times that I needed entry before 7AM depending on my travel schedule, tried to plan out what was needed for the next day.
