Jackie and the staff at this storage facility are very accommodating and the facility is flawless. You could eat off of the floor it’s so clean.

I had a mental list of all the features I would like in a storage facility, thinking I would never be able to have them all. You made it happen! You fulfilled ALL of my wishes. My nearby present facility lacks 90% of what EZ Storage provides, and I cannot wait to move in! Patrick Mella was a "star", answering all of my questions and making the signing in process extremely easy.

I was in the middle of a moving nightmare and the Elkins Park and Warrington location reps (Chris and I WISH I could recall hsr name from Warrington) literally SAVED me. They were informative and patient, went rhe extra mile for me, called and checked in other locations to help me and THEN referred an equally wonderful moving company that could step in when my previous one canceled on me 48 hrs before moving day. I will ALWAYS be thankful for their help today. And I will ALWAYS use this company!!!

Jackie gave me all the details I needed and showed me the facilities before moving in. She helped me find the right size unit at a great deal. I stored my belongings there for almost 8 months before moving out. I never had any issues during that time. When it came time to move out, Patrick made sure I understood all of the terms of doing so and gave me ample opportunities to extend my stay if need be.
