Surgery went really well.
I had a deep cleaning and scaling procedure and I opted for sedation. The whole thing was over in an hour and was amazing. Best experience at the Dentist I have ever had. I have hardly any discomfort. I would highly recommend Dr. Gallez.
I love the staff's attention to detail, and the play-by-play commentary by Dr. Gallez as he works on you is comforting. Five stars!
I felt welcomed with care and concern by everyone at Dr Gallez's office. Dr Gallez was warm and personable and I felt i received superb treatment and follow up care.
I felt comfortable during the entire process of evaluating my gum tissue. I felt respected and valued. The diagnosis and subsequent required treatment was explained thoroughly without rushing through it so I had time to ask any questions I wanted. The financial aspect of the treatment was explained thoroughly, when and how much I would owe. When I left the receptionist said Thank you for visiting us. Or something like that, which I thought was a very nice touch. She even sounded very sincere!
AWESOME Dr. Gallez and his staff are just great. They make a person feel so comfortable and relaxed. They all are so knowledgeable and kind. I will recommend all my family and friends to this office.
Appreciate the time and extensive exam while determining what service I needed.
