The staffs are very friendly and provide excellent services. Always feel welcome when I came in to the office. Dr. Gallez is always taking his time to explain the processes and perform the procedures.. I am very happy with my results.

I do not require another visit which is great
I paid a lump sum amount for this procedure and follow up. The procedure went very well. However, I was charged an additional $188 for a follow up x-ray which I was not explained or shown to me. Please explain.
The office visit was great, but the forms required before the appointment lack intuitiveness. They contain the same redundant questions. It’s not a good look when employees say the forms are terrible, yet nothing is being done to improve the experience.
