The office visit was great, but the forms required before the appointment lack intuitiveness. They contain the same redundant questions. It’s not a good look when employees say the forms are terrible, yet nothing is being done to improve the experience.
I went to see Dr Gallez for an implant as second opinion as I’m usually a very skeptical person. I have done some research and have concluded he would be my top choice oral surgeon. I hate dental work or pain that’s involved in it. I’m only willing to invest time and money to the right dentist that meets my criteria.
The office visit was thorough and efficient. There was some confusion about how to operate the 360° scan device.
Lady on the phone was rude and condescending when I called to find out the consult fee.
