Facemyer is reliable to always come when needed. I have had three emergencies and each time Ferris was the service person. He is personable and very knowledgeable. He always got my AC up and running in short order.

After 36 years we switched our a/c company from a well known one but found the company was not what it used to be as they no longer have after hours emergency. We called Facemeyer as our a/c unit stopped working this summer. They promptly called us back even though it was in the middle of the night. The serviceman was so very helpful and honest and told us he did not have the part we needed at that time. First the young lady who answered the phone. She was outstanding. Second Ferris the technician on time,called ahead, no guess work,solved the problem. Saved the day on a Friday just getting home at 3 with a new puppy fixed by 5 for a wonderful weekend. Great Company!
