This was my first visit. Dr. Matzie explained everything she was doing and the experience was much better than expected.

Dr Khalifeh is thorough, succinct in her explanations, compassionate and kind. She creates a comfortable and safe environment for issues that are sometimes difficult to discuss. I appreciate that and trust her with my medical care.

Dr Stern was exceedingly patient with all of my concerns related to my treatment for an abscess. The follow up care was great.

I was very impressed with Dr. Khalifeh's bedside manner and her genuine concern and explanation of the problem at hand. Most doctors these days just do not want to give patients the time they need and deserve to explain things. I didn't feel rushed at all. She brought up many good points. I am glad to know there are some doctors out there that really care about their patients and just do not pretend to.

She has a fantastic sense of humor and an easy going down to earth personality. In addition, she took a great deal of time with me which is beyond rare. The other members of the staff have all been very outgoing, professional and easy going as well. When you are wrapping your head around a procedure that is embarrassing and comes with additional concerns, it makes a huge difference to be "welcomed" by health professionals that are genuine and present.
