Very efficient staff and very friendly!
Dr. Joe did great answering questions and explaining everything before Noah's filing. He even showed Noah all of the tools and explained what they did. This helped keep the experience fun and not scary.
Had a temporary crown done today by Dr. Joe Richter and staff and I give them 5 stars. Office is clean, appointment was on time, work done was professional and was explained to me every step of the way and staff were polite and accommodating.

In December I had all of my remaining teeth removed and had full dentures installed. On 2/16/26 I went in so that Doctor Joe could check the progress of the healing of my gums. He made some adjustments to the lower denture which made the fit even more secure and comfortable. He has made this process easier than I thought possible.
Everyone is highly skilled and patient focused. The front door is easy to open, the receptionist is wonderful, the assistants are always smiling and very helpful. You immediately know that you are in good hands with Dr Richter. I was fortunate to find this office.

I had unpleasant visits with dentist in the past so I was a little nervous but knew I needed a dentist. From the day I walked in the staff was professional and pleasant. Dr. Joe Richter made me feel at ease, explained every step of what he was doing and my implants are beautiful! I couldn't be happier! Thank you, myhusband thanks you as well!
