This dentist office is always great on being friendly to ease patients comfort levels and dentistry services. Dr Tim and son Joe are great dentist 🦷👍
Its always a pleasant experience as the staff are sweet and friendly. I was just in for a cleaning and my dental hygenist did such a nice job I felt like I was at a spa. Dr. Johnson is kind and gentle - always encouraging with regard to any work that needs to be done.
Everyone was very professional and very nice they are always and we can always joke around that’s what I like
My husband has been going to this dental practice for over 30 years. He had a crown put in last summer and it has cracked and there is a piece missing. We have called the dental office and went to an answering service all five times that we have called. We left messages all five times over a 29 hour period since yesterday. We still have received no response and the answering service has no idea why they are not calling back and apparently have no way to intervene. I was told I would have rest of my bottom teeth removed and then come back later to have the implants put in. The nurse or whoever she was said the dr could do it all in one day instead of me having g to come back. I told her I really didn't want to do it that way unless the oked it because he told me he didn't like doing it all in one day. Next thing I know he did it the way she suggested for it to be done. Dental Tech was extremely rude. She was so rough. She made me spit out clumps of blood and caused swelling in my face.
We were asked to arrive at 3:45 for a 4:00 appt for a consult for mini implants. At 4:30 we were advised it would be another 15 minutes until the doctor could see us. We left as it is very disrespectful & unprofessional to make us wait for nearly an hour for an appt we made over 3 weeks ago. Also several people who arrived after us were called back for their appointment while we were left to just sit in the waiting area with no one advising us of the delay for our appt.
