Bitten by Bedbugs The staff were attentive and kind throughout our stay, and the location was convenient; however, during the second night of our stay, my fiancé and I received multiple bedbug bites. I contacted the hotel two days in a row to inform them of the situation, so they could get rid of the bugs. The manager said she would contact me...

I thought it was a Joke. Customers Service from Hell I never made it to the hotel. I received a call at 12:20 am about confirming my reservation for February 14 because the hotel was completely sold out. The rude Young lady woke me out my sleep in the middle of the night because she needed to charge my card. I ask her why she needed to charge my card...

Customer Service Issues Had a small problem that pointed out a greater issue of customer service. I left my laundry in the room to be dry cleaned in the early AM. I left a message with Housekeeping advising them of my dry cleaning. Further, I also stopped at the front desk on my way out at 7AM and advised them of my dry...

Middle of nowhere. No kitchen Booked for us by friends who wanted us close to them. The room was very small, probable ly because it was next to the elevator. The staff was friendly but not very helpful on several occasions. The breakfast was rushed, and they were out of many daily offerings. No kitchen so no eggs, omelets, etc. for ten dollars more a...

The worst stay ever!!! It was aweful, they took money from me for smoking in the room and I don't even smoke. The customer service is a joke, the General Manager is too busy to talk and the front desk doesn't even know the corporate phone number. They had to look it up on Google from what she told me, and that number was wrong. Never again will me or my company use this location for our needs, and I will never...

Clean sheets (Thank god!) Close to Atlantic terminal, but hotel in a shady neighborhood. Delicious breakfast & 24 hr coffee & chocolate & tea station.\n\n4th floor dingy hotel room with lots of traffic noise throughout the evening. Not a good night's sleep on inadequate, flat and thin pillows.

I liked the modern take on a budget-friendly hotel but felt that some amenities were noticeably missing. The hotel was nice enough and the room was nice and clean.
