The hotel was nice & I really enjoyed my spa treatments. If you don’t have a car nothing is close which means you have to settle for the shops & restaurants on the property and that can get expensive.

Everything about the property was wonderful. I’m returning for long term in a couple weeks. The bar outside by the lobby with the fire was exquisite! The female bartender was the epitome of Fairmont Princess. Not only was she an expert in the complicated delightful drink elixirs she was gracious and beautiful with practiced skill in mixing shaking pouring and garnishing. I really think you should provide her a Princess crown to add sparkle to her performance 👑👑👑👑

Great Family Hotel The hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. There was so much entertainment for our son on-site, including a glow-in-the-dark pool party, movie nights, and fireworks.

We visited the hotel years ago and had a great time, this time however was very different. The room was not al all as the photos on the web site, it was outdated and no nice view at all. The balcony was not nice. We asked for another room and willing to pay for an upgrade, but they said no rooms were left, they were rude. Tired after a long trip, we really expected a nice room .
