Sad that the main pool was closed. Happy that there were other pools to use.
Excellent hotel and resort with impeccable service and top facilities. Great restaurants, top notch golf and several pools and bars to choose from. Extra points for the”lobby ambassadors”: two golden retrievers and a black lab that will put a big smile on your face!
Great Staycation Option Top notch service, from check-in to departure. While this resort was obviously very kid-friendly - super-er characters like Batman and Wonder Woman in the lobby, a real live mermaid in the pool, and water slides -- I was wary because this was a romantic birthday weekend with my wife. Nothing to fear, the resort balances adult and kid stuff very well. Some adult only areas, but even common areas were great for both. Room was disappointing - no bathtub, small bathroom, no place to put used towels/washcloths so had to dump them on floor.
